They will perform very good in these 2 days even in a week.
What I normally do is to tell them to cook a meal (1-2 times) and cook few dishes.
Tell her to do some cleaning and see rather she know how to use the different cleaning liquid.
I will tell her what I expect in my family-as many as possible and see rather she willing to take the job and challenging.
Tell her if she steeling things, you will call police right away, no excuse. Don't talk telephone when on duty.
Cannot use house phone nor mobile phone at all etc.
