I'm afraid you will get trouble, if you ask your maid to pay the medical fee. As it is the employer's responsibility according to the employment contract ID407-9(a). I read the messages you posted before and felt sorry about your case. At that moment, it seems you don't have any alternative. You try to talk to her and ask her to resign, but you will still compensate her some money.

after seeing your data, it cause me a relief, however the DBS insurance claimed that they are not responsible for out-patient, hospitalization and cash compensate for such disease woh, that means I still need to pay for her just not including surgery fee.
