Tell her that you have no right to know what/when she is doing on her dayoff. However, you have the right to know who come in/leave your house at what time. If she dont agree, ask her to leave at 12midnight and return at 12midnight. If people open your front door to go out/come home at other time, you will consider thief breaking to your house.
My maid leave at 9am and return at 7 and will call me if late.
by law, you cannot 限制他們出門口的時間. However, I do belive you have the right not to give her your key. So you can set a time to open the door for her. If she come home late, then you can blame her as that is affecting your life.
Personally, i think being late for just two times is ok lar. don't be so mad to break your relationship lar. Anyway, her attitude is not good too.

I did not tell what time my Yan Yan should leave the house in the morning. Sometimes when she has work to do (not that I ask) she will finish her work before she leave, or else around 9:00am
The first time before she left, she asked us when she need to come back & my husband says whenever she likes. If we go to sleep before she comes back we will not lock the door!!! I immediately tells her that she has to be back before 11:00pm. Now she usually comes back before 10:30pm.
