Clud house has many activities which is suitable for kids and parents.
Most of the flats are large enough, over 800fts.
many flats sold with car park space.
Thousands of good but the only bad thing is the developer (cheung kong)
everybody knew that the quality is not good for Ck's bluiding. e.g. Most of the Monte Vista's flat have the problem of leakage of water from window, but the developer is so good and responsible to repair, I think is not a great problem.

How old is you child?
My flat can see both Lee On and T7 because have 2 big window in living room, so good.
Depends on which layout you require, according to my knowledge, the flat over 1000fts are all face T7 except block 7 and 8.
Don't choose face KCR, the view will be blocked later and very noisy
I want to choose 864fts flat. Are you living in Flat A or D.
If I choose facing Lee On, is it facing "West".(Especially bedroom) Do you think is very hot or acceptable?
I'm living in flat D, it is really hot at summer time, but it is acceptable for me coz I'll put the curtain down at day time. Did u find you suitable flat? my flat is 892 and actually we want to sell it. Are you interest?
Hello! I just moved in Monte Vista & wish to say hello to everyone & my neightbour! I have 2 kids, one is 5 & 1 is 5 months old. Hope to meet you there!
I have one silly question, as the window is so large, how do you clean it (I mean outside part)? Also, do you have any recommendation (good & cheap) if I want to wash/clean the air-con. Tksssss!
As I just moved in, it will take some time to find out the good things.
As far as I know, the staff/shuttle bus drivers are very polite & nice there. The shuttle bus is free & quite frequent (every 15 mins) to Sunshine City for shopping. There are quite a lot of activities cost very low held by the club house.
As I face to Lee On side, the weather is quite hot compared that I lived in South West before. But as some buildings in Lee On blocked part of the sunshine, it still ok for us.
The evironment is clean & quite. I think it is a good place to live. Hope to see you there!

好彩冇傷到人,搵師傅配過,他說這些配件只有某供應商有得供應,普通的鋪頭是買不到的,結果我地等左成年先配到!不過,翠擁的保安叔叔和嬸嬸都好好人,又盡責,clubhouse的服務也好好,這是抵讚的
