My 99 had this experience in the past. She blocked the breast gland for 3 days and those area became an abscess. Doctor help her cut the abscess and put a small tube into it to drain the abscess. She stopped feeding on those side.
Therefore we have to try to pump out the milk over the block area with all kind of method once we notice.
