You must declare the contract termination of your cuurent maid if you want to do the tax transfer.

我可唔以當請兩個工人先,然後到新工人到左先炒依家個嗰呢?甘樣又可唔可以做Tax transfer呢?

我之前都遇過同樣情況, 但入境處話一定吾可以同時請兩個工人, 即係話新舊兩個工人既受僱日期吾可以重疊.

係有一段真空期, 我等左兩個星期新工人先到. 唯有我同我老公一人請一個星期假囉.

But according to Immirgration Department, if my household yearly salary is over HK$360,000 or if I have bank deposit over HK$350,000, we can employ more than one maid, isn't it?

i have the same situation as yours.i need to show the termination letter to immi.but they won't tell your maid now.and u must give up the levy.
