it can't do it online but can be ordered via fax or phone and ship to HK. It's good to buy Tod's during their sale, they offer 50% off while HK boutique only has 30% off. Keep an eye on it to buy their sale items.

Is it a UK website and dollares are stated in GBP pounds? How can I make the order via fax, they got any standard forms? How much is the shipping costs? Thanks.

Neiman Marcus is a US store, charged in US$.
The site has an online sales representative to chat with customer, like ICQ, MSN.
You can ask him/her about the item you want to buy and then he/she will let you know the item's availability and other details.
If you want to order, you can call them directly to let them have your credit card no, or, you can follow the sales' instruction to fax them your order.
