Don't wait for the Government Hospital appointment! There's a private doctor who specialises at the Breast problem. She is very very famous. But you have to wait for so long to have appointment. Try to tell the nurse about your urgent condition. She will arrange an earliest appointment for you. Please note that her charge is also expensive. Anyway, give her a call to ask for detailed information.

On the other hand, if the fee is so high. I agree you may go to the emergency department of the public hospital. Maybe the doctor in charge will shorten your waiting period.
Please go to have an urgent appointment of private doctor. Paget disease is a rare kind of breast/ skin cancer . the prognosis is poor. Early treatment or operation is needed . Otherwise it will spread to other vital organs( liver , lungs, etc. ). the Death rate of this disease is high.
