my maid is employed in mei foo asia one (now rename as mei foo employment agent). I have submitted the renew contract on June. My maid contract and visa are expired this week. However this week they told me my insurance need to add loading (more than a double) as well as the visa not yet employed on tuesday. Yesterday I collect the stuff(except maid' visa) from agent and employ a new agent for the insurance. And i call them, all staff are busy, no one can follow up the case. What can I do? Indeed I sign with asia one for the contract, i call another asia one in tsuen wan, they told me that asia one is a franchise. Each shop will take care their own business. What can I do? :-( :-( :-(
