I still breastfed 大 B when I was pregnant. 大 B was 20 months old when I was pregnant and therefore it was totally fine for me all the way long during my pregnancy. 大 B was not so demanding as he already eats well with solid food and he only asks for milk before sleep. I could feed him until the second baby was born and now both babies are fed at the same time.
It really depends on the age of your 大 B. If he/she is still very demanding, you may need to consider and seek the advice from your doctor. Good luck!!
