Depends on which model or brand of phone you have. For Sony Ericsson, most of the models come with the CD allow you sync the phone book on to the outlook contact list in you PC. Motorola doing simliar things. For the Nokia, somebody menetioned before, use the Nokia data suite.
DA加一個PC File之上, 但新入手機嘅電話, 好多時都冇Backup. 咁算唔算有Backup部電話?
