日本雪印 : 1 spoon milk powder (inside the can) per 20ml. Add half hot water first, then add the milk powder and make sure it's all dissolved, finally you can mix with some cold water. The step is suggested by BeanStalk. Since you add the milk powder to hot water only, it is easier for them to dissolve and so you don't need to shake the bottle heavily. It prevents a lots of bubble.
