Right Breast pain! What to do,Pls help!

My right breast pain!
I got fever few days ago with no reason. Now my right breast pain. What to do! :-( :-(

is there any doctor in depot? have u take any medicine? My doctor told me that we can take not more than 8 pills of panadol in 24 hrs (i.e. not more than 4000mg & the package u buy in Watson's).

If the reason of pain is milk blockage, place a hot pack on ur breast and put milk out by ur hand.

So poor.....
