I just bought some items from hermes from Zurich airport but was in a rush and I just realise they only gave me the credit card copy and a print out of the items from the credit card machines. Does Hermes usually give a more detailed printout receipt?

I don\'t hv any experience buying H in Zurich. But the case is very similar in Japan. No worries

Duty free in European countries are mostly like that, I have the same experience as you in Rome airport, and I even asked the sales whether they have a proper receipt with H logo, they said they dont. So this is normal, dont worry!

If you bought from airport..cuz it's dutyfree...hermes won't give you a detail shop receipt..but just credit card receipt only

thanks! that increases my comfort level.... it was a rare chance i found in airport dutyfree! so happy bringing them home

My hb just brought a H bag @ Heathrow duty free, the receipt is really simple, it doesn\'t even state the size and colour of the bag

what bag did you buy?
my bro in law couldn't help me get any bag in US Selfridges and Harrods yesterday, only got 2 twillies (the one with many girls in swimming suit). no key charms, except 1 black horseshoe. harrods no bags, selfridges have crevette evelyne which i want to get but colour is orangy i have orange kelly and 2 evelynes so decided not to buy. 3 GP but canvas black, etoupe and brown not tempting. want Jige/KP, 30 leather GP, mini Evelyne, Vic Elan or herbag.

will ask him shop again tmr in airport.

I will call airport tmr and ask them keep stock for me (if they have the stock that I want).
I hope to get 2 key charms and a bag
