有未人用 "多功能機 brxxther 型號 DPC-130C" , 現在用不到掃瞄器. 我的電腦是vista .

download 之後要install.

How to Download and Install
Notes:

The instructions may vary depending on the Windows Vista™ version.
If the drivers are already installed into your computer,uninstall them first before you install the new driver. To uninstallthe current drivers, download the Uninstall Tool. To see how to download and use the Uninstall Tool, click here.
Unplug the FAX/DCP/MFC from the AC outlet and disconnect yourFAX/DCP/MFC from your computer if you already connected an interfacecable.
You must be logged on as an Administrator.
If the "User Account Control" prompt is displayed, click "Continue".
If the "Windows Security" alert prompt is displayed, click "Install this driver software anyway.".

Make a temporary folder or directory on your HDD [hard disk drive]as the location to save the downloaded self-extracting file, e.g.C:\brodnt
Download the file to the temporary folder or directory..
Once the download is complete, open the folder or directory and double click on the downloaded file to extract it.
Two folders, "Setupxxxx" (where xxxx=model name) and "Data" are created.
Open the "Setupxxxx\yyy" directory (xxxx = model name yyy= language name) and double click "Setup.exe".

Language Name indicates:
Bul = Bulgarian
Canfre = French for Canada
Chn = Chinese
ChnEng = English for China
Cze = Czech
Dan = Danish
Dut = Dutch
Eng = English
Fin = Finnish
Fre = French
Ger = German
Hun = Hungarian
Ita = Italian
Nor = Norwegian
Pol = Polish
Por = Portuguese
Rom = Romanian
Rus = Russian
Spa = Spanish
Swe = Swedish
Usa = English for USA/Canada/Latin America
The installation will start. Please follow the installation screen directions.

多謝回復, 以向有關公司查詢 dpc-130c 掃瞄器的軟件" vista" 是用不到, 真的不明白買機時已經問得好清楚, 有關公司初頭都講是用得沒有問題,是不是(我)安裝上有問題呢.重複再安裝??? 唔可以用:-( .再次問他們才說跟機軟件(paper port 9)vista是用不到得.一心想買部機來用的現在不用得 (兩個月啦好煩)?-( ..(Bxxxther 公司有責任一早說vista不可以

)再買機太浪費.請問大家有沒有方法解決呢 ........... 好想好想解決

你試下唔佢地的軟件, 用 vista 入面有個叫 "相片圖庫" 開左之後, 係檔案揀 "從相機或掃瞄器匯入", 之後會有個視窗出黎見到你個部 brother 機之後按匯入, 就會出到掃瞄器的視窗, 咁就可以用黎 scan 嘢.... 你睇下得唔得啦....

佢根本唔會認到你部野

不過可試下vista入面有冇generic driver
我有部古代acer scanner
冇裝佢個mira scan時
win xp都可用番佢個generic flatbed scanner driver操作部機
所以我估vista都會有

我唔知vi ...

都唔一定架, 因為 vista 很多 d software 唔 support 用, 不過我公司之前個部 brother all-in-one 都用到不過佢係行 network 也都唔使 update 去 vista 版本, 另外新買左 hp 其他 function 都用到係個 scanner 的 software 未 support 到 vista 所以用唔到, 後尾問 hp 又係行 network 佢地教我用相片圖庫個度就可以用到個 scanner 不過就行唔到 network 只係一部機插 usb 用..... 所以我先至可以咁做......
