Oh, when I was doing breast feeding and need to go to work, I have to pump twice daily. I have 4 pumps (use alternately).....then there is no need to sterilzed after use lor........

I rince the pump with tap water and then put into a plastic bag (by CHUCHU) add 70ml water and sterilise in microwave for 3min. That plastic bag is specially decided for microwave sterilisation, but actually I think you can use a microwave box and do the same thing.
