看到很多高龄的妈妈都有很多担心。不如高龄怀孕的妈妈一齐分享下经验和感受.
我今年37，下年生的时候38。
因为有计划，so far 都OK。我很注意休息，頭3个月8：30上床。早上8：00才起来上班. 现在没有那么tired, 但10点多必须上床.
下午小休45分钟. 吃的到不很怎樣．（但现在会开始注意营养吸收。）现在也开始散步．还做一D简单的運動．
OSCAR只知道NEGATIVE
糖水text ok.
我计划自然分娩（但我怕我的骨头硬）和喂母乳（怕没有，现在有了才达标到ACUP）.
我们可以SHARE我们高龄的如何克服这个高龄的担子吗？

I am 39 years old and my expected confinement date is 20 November. My baby is 6 months now and recently my stomach feels like burning sometime and I need to have chewing gum to get rid of the "strange taste" of my mouth. Feel so stressful everyday when I wake up.

I will deliver my baby at Kwong Wah Hospital and it is my first child so I have no choice but to use 自然分娩.

我也是在广华。。我选广华因为我怕到我生的时候可能麻烦多多（自己因为高龄，怕到时什么高血壓，　糖尿　等）。我觉得广华是一家终合医院。它可以立刻送我到其他OPERATIONROOM。。HEHE

The reason I choose Kwong Wah because

1. good reputation
2. I was born in Kwong Wah too so it will be so excited that my baby is born in the same hospital.

my confinement date is 11jan2007.
下星期一，我应该有个U/S要在广华做。。希望到时候知道是男还是女.

原来跟我老公都不想要小孩，可能经济条件许可了。。
压力没有那么大。。原计划8月才要BINGO，想这几个月先锻炼身體．点知道5月BINGO了。。

It is difficult to plan your ideal timing for "bingo". Few years ago, I have consulted Herbalist to strengthen my body before pregnant but didn't get any success. At the time when I think I am too old to have baby and I am BINGO. Anyhow, it is a gift to us.

When I did the u/s for OSCAR when my baby is around 3 months, the doctor has told me the gender but only 60-70% accurate. When my baby is 4 months, it is 100% sure la.

This coming Friday I will be 36. My confinement date is end of March. I will have my baby delivered in the Union Hospital.

I have worries too since I had the miscarriage exp. in last year. Luckily this time everything seems alright.

In mid of Sept I will take the Oscar test in the Prince and Wales of Hospital. After that I will see my personal doctor immediately. I do hope that I don't need to do further tests.

I believe GOD is with me, always, because of HIS loves, I feel more comfortable. Everytime when I feel nervous, I will pray to him.

我怕我的BB不合作，不肯张开腿...那就什么也看不了。。
男女对我俩都没有所谓，只是，知道是男女，我们可以早点做点準備．
你的BB是男孩还是女孩？但我估计你跟我一样，都没有所谓..

Mine is a baby boy. In fact, I prefer baby girl because girl is more gentle but I have 3 nephews so baby boy is so good that my nephews can play with him.

Are you going to have a detailed scan or OSCAR? Don't worry the doctor is very experience, the doctor has pointed out the part to me to prove it is a baby boy but I didn't see anything.

我都係高齡生左.

本來應該早d生, 不過我先生有幾年一直在外做野, 終於佢上年番來香港長住, 我大左肚, 又小產左, 4個月後再有依家哩個b. 不過再大肚過程十分順利, 身體都幾舒服, 又冇腫冇嘔過, 一路 check 時都係廣華仁安 2邊check.
到生時因為考慮到自已的年紀, 同埋bb個頭大, 就選左係仁安開刀生, 又快又唔算好痛, 回復得幾好. 依家bb 個半月, 仲差小小未收身 (我大肚肥左 20多 lbs, 41", 依家生左仲有 31" 到...).
其實而家應該幾多高齡第一胎的媽媽, 我自己覺得如果做足 checking, 尤其係 oscar 個d, 生bb唔係太大問題, 大家努力 !

All because they could give me the result within the day. I heard that it takes 2 or 3 days if I take the test in other hospital / clinic.

And, it's cheaper, 950 only. Union charges 1500.

我刚好17周。你大概2个多月吧。頭3个月，小心点，应该没有什么问题的。。
我觉得我的BB 在我的肚里VERY稳．　这个月我觉得我的肚大了很多。。
我觉得休息是非常重要的。

How come Union Hospital charges $1500. I did the OSCAR in the Kwong Wah Hospital and the cost is $800 it includes : -

1. measure the neck + blood test in the week of around 14-16
2. 2nd blood test in the week of 19

I got the result 5 days after the 2nd blood test.

我其实多喜欢女孩。　不过。。。。。
什么多好啦。。健健康康最　重要。
下个星期一。是做DETAILED SCAN.
我的ＯＳＣＡＲ是ＮＥＧＡＴＩＶＥ，　但ＦＩＧＵＲＥ是多少，我不知道，我会问医生的。
