Recorder DVD-R can't be read in PC

I back up the DV tape into DVD-R by the "anasonic" DVD video recorder. I used the analog video cord to do that. But later, the DVD-R couldn't be read by the DVD-RW drive in PC.

Dear all, how could I read the DVD-R in PC?

DVD-R is needed to finalized in DVD Recorder in order to play in DVD-Rom or other DVD player. There should be a option in the Record Menu.
