My bun was hired from this agent almost 5yrs
till now. The agent requires the maid go to their office every Sunday for abt 5 or 7 time (cannot remember exactly how many times) to follow up any of their difficults or problem and also called me for 2 to 3 times for my comment on the maid after she arrives.
Actually the maid is very smart and hard working, good atitude in the 1st contract. But, performance getting not so good from 2nd contract and even borrow money outside and likes to talk on phone. I'm still keeping her as she can handle my kids well and they like her very much.
However, I have recommended this agent to one of my friends who choosed a maid and paid. During waiting the arrival of the maid, my friend decided to cancel the employment for his own reason but the agent refused to refund any cents as my friend paid including the flight for arrival
