I give this to my B as well, I add it to his milk. I started doing this when he began his 厭奶期so he can finish his milk real quick. But this is vit., I am also wondering if I should give him fish oil as well.

其實呢隻都係一D多種維他命黎架,供給bb唔同維他命,正如有d大人都會食維他命一樣,不過一般情況下醫生或營養師都會建議在食物當中給取所需維他命,除非生病或其他特殊情況下先至要額外攝取,因為過量維他命身體都未必給收得到,其實現時bb食既奶粉已經添加左好多營養,而且bb會食不同既食物,所以只要營養均衡就無需再額外添加喇!
