The brand is ego QV Lip Balm, it's suitable for sensitive and dry skin. You can check it out with your neighbour dispensary (drug shop), around HK$30-35 (I remembered i bought it at 32). Some big Watson's may have it. My boy use QV lotion and lip balm too. The products are suitable for babies and eldery and most of all, the price is very reasonable!
