Please inform your forwarder to collect the stock from our warehouse next time, as delivery service to your forwarder is not included in our terms and conditions.

我唸你個term應該係"自到提貨意思"

船務稱呢個做 "ex warehouse" (貨由我司倉出)

According to our both agreed trade term-Ex warehouse, please contact with your forwarder to collect the goods as soon as possible.

如果冇term, 就咁簡單地表達:

According to our both agreement, the goods will be collected from our warehouse by your forwarder.
Please kind to contact with your forwarder accordingly.

唔好意思, 忍唔住要改下d句子文法

According to our (不用both) agreement, the goods will be collected from our warehouse by your forwarder.
Please kindly (不用to) contact with your forwarder accordingly.
