It should be a good living place. It is convenient to buy goods from 頌安, as it is only few minutes walk & they have shuttle to Sunshine City & Diamond Hill. I am not living there, but I have considered to buy there before. But finally, I brought 翠擁華庭, as the cost is lower & it is located at Wu Kei Sha terminal & I think more protential to growth in value & Sino developer will build new flats on top of Wu Kei Sha terminal & will have small shopping centre & there is bus terminal there ....
