1) A termination letter (with reason(s), the effective date, compensation list), in duplicate, signed by both sides
2) A letter to immigration for the contract termination, attached a copy of the termination letter signed by the maid (if possible, fax the letter to immigration once the maid left & followed by post)
3) One-way return ticket to the maid's home country/place
4) Money in cash under the compensation list, ie 1 month salary, pro-rata salary for the month, money in lieu of her entitled holidays, 1 day travel & food allowance (at least HKD100)
5) "Red-White-Blue" bags -- in case she has too many belongings
