Anyone knows how to type german letter Ë (small letter) with keyboard?

e.g.
alt 0203 = Ë
alt 0214 = Ö
alt ???? = (small letter of Ë)

use the font "Romantic", you would see the "[size=medium]ë" at the bottom, you can also create a shortkey (alt xxx) for this character.
