- I didn't follow strictly on the 西柚餐. I ate apple, orange, and mango after dinner. Also, I drank coffee and soy milk, not only water.
- The whole process was pretty easy and comfortable. The only difficulty was that I'm a bread-lover and it's hard to stay away from bread for a whole week.
- All in all, lost 3.4 lbs in 8 days, I'm very satisfied with the result. Will stop for a few days, and try another round. My goal is 118 lbs.
