My daughter now normally eats 2 bowls of congee (or macaroni)/day (lunch + dinner) & 3 bottles of milk/day (morning + afternoon + before bed).
Our ee normally gives her fish (salmon/cod) + pork + vegetatble : choi sum/娃娃菜/冬瓜/節瓜/tomato/pumpkin/sweet potato/broccoli etc. with egg york sometimes.
ee will normally give her fruit : 大banana/pear/orange in the morning and I will give her some baby biscuit/organic raisin as snacks sometimes when I come home after work early.
I will also add organic chicken thigh for her if I have the time to go to City Super.......
ee will make 開奶茶 on Mon and Fri.....and give her Heinz baby juice on the other days/freshly squeezed orange juice with abundant water lor.
