Courses by 業餘進修中心??

I want to take 幼兒劍橋英語培訓班 & 幼兒珠心算(國際)初級課程 for my daughter. She is 4-1/2 years old.
Anyone has taken these courses in this centre??
Good or not?? I can't spend too much on courses.
Their courses are cheaper but good or not??
Any advise??
