Relax. It's s/w issue and can be fixed by urself without visiting Genius Bar.
Here's what u need to do.
Synchronization (Backup)
Synchronize ur iPad with ur PC via iTune until process complete
Enter DFU Mode
Turn off iPad
Hold "ower" button for 3 seconds
Hold "Home" and "ower" buttons for 10 secs
Release "ower" but keep holding "Home" button
Keep holding "Home" until iTune warns "device is in Recovery Mode".
Exit DFU Mode
Hold "Home" and "ower" button until Apple Logo appears.
Synchronization (Restore)
Once iPad turn on, unplug the USB.
Upon initial setting complete, plug the USB and let iTune to restore all apps.
