想請印印, any opinion?

I am now around 23w5day, and looking for the 印印 now for taking care of my bb in end of Dec. I interview 3 印印 last sun. 1 with some exp for taking care of new born baby cos she has 1 kids already but my mother-in-law not really like her. My mother-in-law like the other one, but she don't have any exp for taking care of new bb. we will have a try for these 2 印印 in my house. the 1st one maybe on coming sunday.

Would somebody give me advise? Thanks!!

It really depends how you will use the 印印 to take care of the BB. If you use the 印印 for assisting your mother-in-law to take care of the BB, you just need to choose a maid who is clean, a quick learner and will patient to BB. If you use the 印印 to take all the responsibilities of taking care of BB, you will need to find an experienced maid (she needs to be a clean person, a quick learner, will patient to BB, will follow your instructions) as I believe you are a new mother!

yes, 非法的.

不過如果你屋企有老人家睇住個工人. 只要個工人, 做都掂家務, personal hygiene ok就得啦. 如果only佢主力揍bb, 咁就梗係要搵有經驗架啦. 如果唔係到你要返工就幣lu.

仲有, 記得試清楚佢d表達能力好唔好, 最好廣東話講得好, bb有乜事都可以即時call您.

俾我選, 我會睇個工人廣東話得唔得, 英文好唔好其次. 仲有要clean (包括個人衛生), 有愛心, 細心 (妳可以問佢一d假設性問題, 睇下佢點答妳: 例 ~> 開奶程序, bb沖涼程序-點樣試水溫, bb喊佢會點做, bb有fever佢會點handle, etc), 最後就係要醒目, 隨機應變 (呢d要教, 但起碼個工人唔好太stupid, and要受教).
*我個工人日抖係一個人照顧bb, 所以我訂的條件係高d.

*妳現在找工人都算遲了點, 妳最好預工人預產期1.5~2個月到, 咁就算工人唔岩都可以有時間換, 同埋多d時間了解佢性格&同佢作產前溝通. 因為bb出世好多野要做, 妳心情底落又會好易炆, 又唔夠時間sleep, 真係無時間再同個工人講咁多架!
