i just join this new company for two months. the job duty and the business scope here are different from what i was told during interview. if i know the real situation, i wont join this company. however it is toooooo late. i can only start to any search. but probably since the year end is coming, job market is quite quiet..wanna to cry.... :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(
