Which maid is better - 2 yrs or 6 yrs exp

I have previously written a case here, mentioning that my maid wanted a letter of employment so that she can buy a house in Philippines.
Now, she has requested to terminate her contract and to leave asap because her grandma is critically ill (btw, I did not give her the letter, thanks to the advice given here)

Could anyone advise me whether to find a maid with 6 years experience in HK, is better or worse than those with just 2 years here ? Or they are the same ? I need one urgently to replace the current one. I have a P2 kid and 2 adults. Very simple.

My friend mentioned that maid with more than 2 years experience in HK is very cunning already, and is difficult to control. So, it is better to employ those with just 2 years only.

Can anyone please advise ? Thank you.

我會看情況, 吾係一定話做左兩年/6年就好/吾好, 請工人亦都要靠luck, 但我會揀一d 做左4年同一個僱主的工人(即係係hk 4年), 因為, 我係請印印, 頭兩年佢地多數係underpaid, 而第3年新約就係full paid(亦係多數), 如果個僱主肯由underpaid的人工, 加返正價比佢地, 佢地一定有甘的好處令到僱主肯甘做..........................吾會差得去邊, so far, 我跟住呢條rule 請左兩個工人, 暫時都ok.................呢個今年12月到期

i will try 6 yrs one, or try ehich one can had a ex-employer letter and tel can contact

因為佢地初黎時, 英文又吾得, 廣東話又吾得, 好多印印為左黎hk打工, 肯願意收小d人工黎做..........但係犯法law

我就吾會慳果小小$而甘做啦

Okay, I will try the maid with 6 years exp, and particularly look out for those has been with the same employer for at least 4 years.
