Does it work if I only take 30 mins exercise in Gym?

If i only spend total 30 mins in the Gym's machines (eg stepping, weight, cycling,etc). Do you think it will work for losing weight in my belly, thighs & arms. Please comment. Thanks!

如你係30分鍾後真係做完會出晒汗,由面到底都濕晒,咁一定減到,但帶氧運動最好做 45分鍾,持之以恆,2個禮拜應見功效。

你要減幾多磅呢,祝你成功 !

in non-stop exercise, fat only will be burnt in 21st mins. so u can count.
