This is the 'Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine' which is for kids from 6 weeks to 9 years. Its different than the '6 in 1' or '5 in 1'.
The chart goes like this:

Over two years old, only 1 dose.
No, this Meningitis is not the common type in HK but is most common in most 3rd world or less developed countries. Thats why my doctor said if I intend to take my BB overseas or if my BB has frequent outside contact, it would be better to take this vaccination, just in case. As with my friends' son, that was the problem.
