I am BF mama, can i drink TEA?

As I am now working and still bf my baby, most of the time i feel sleepy. I drink TEA, both Chinese TEA and Lemon TEA. IS it not good to drinlk TEA ?? I am bad as sometimes i cannot stand to control myself .. i drink Coke ... really sorry to my baby .. :-(

我頭三個月戒口好清, 始終 bb 仲細.
而家, 含咖啡因的飲品,一日 1 杯 quota, 同埋多數飲完等幾個鐘先會餵奶, 飲完仲要勁飲清水.

好難忍口既, 大肚都忍左咁耐
但如果你 bb 體質敏感, 就真係要小心囉.

I drank one cup of milk tea or coffee per day. I read some articles before, it said drink something with caffeine was not good but not more than few was fine.
So far my daughter sleep well at night (except asked for milk in 2-3 hrs per time). In my opinion is alright.

我都係1日1杯coffee少甜, 唔飲會好似道友咁o架 , 但係一定係泵完奶之後飲

I beleive it will be better if you could stop drinking coffee, tea & even chocolate. It is because doctors said the baby will be very active if pregnant women have these.

oh.. my baby always move her arms and legs now. I think may be i eat much chocolate when she was in my tummy. I dont know eating chocolate will lead my baby active tim

I am quite happy that not only me cannot stand for TEA, I will try to keep drink as less as possible. Thank you for your advice !!

I think as long as you don't drink too much, there should not be a problem.

I would try to drink different things, like Milo, milk, soup, Kuk Fa Cha, etc.

don't feel guilty

it's important to eat happily and enjoy life!

Can anybody tell me what's the organic milk tea? ?-(
I drank Lipton Milk Tea(Gold), any different?

orgainc milk tea is a kind of tea which increase your milk amount. You can buy it at Wing On and Baby outlet. I have bough two boxes when my baby was 1 month old . I want to increase my milk production. I don't like the taste and think that it is not work for me. But I know some bk mamas feel organic milk tea works good and can increase milk production.

Agree that : eat happily and enjoy life. 大肚時忍左好耐，　而家好想慰勞吓自己．．．．．

I also have a cup of milk tea every morning. I know it may not be good for baby but so far my baby is fine and she sleeps a lot every day!!! I think it's okay as long as you don't drink too much and also monitor if there's any negative effect on your baby.
