you can buy it from Watson or Manning, I heard that they have promotion for lthe ast few days. It is very easy, put some on the cotton slip then will take out yr makeup, clean and have toner function as well. usually I clean up all my make up and use cleansing milk to clean once again. But if you haven't put any make up on, just use one time is enough. someone said that no need to use water to clean it up aferwards, just depend on you.
