呢排好好陽光，於是有時出去跑步，已經係3點幾4點先跑兼用埋香港帶黎果支50度防曬，出去前半個鐘已經搽，唔知係咪加拿大地方太空曠，陽光太好，太少遮陰，跑左兩日，每次一個小時，塊面已經黑左少少喇，再咁落去未到夏天已經變黑人，想問下你地係用咩牌子防曬？香港既防曬用品睇怕帶到黎呢邊都唔多夠用。。。。。

they has all sort of sun block lotion in the drugs store and supermarket. my colleage saying the banana boat is good.

u put on make up when doing running???? if so, why don't you buy those make up with SPF, then you don't need to worry if they are sticky or not?

to be honest, those make up from HK is not suitable in here, even for the same brand name, ad the content will be slightly diff to suit the weather and climate, so you better buy in here instead of bringing them from HK.
