when i got my yoga class from the indian tutor, i can't express my condition very well as my english is not so good. could u please help me to translate it to english, pls..
1. 我兩手腕和右膝的關節因患有類風濕關節炎，所以硬化了，這個動作我做不到。
2. 我不能雙手按地。
3. 我不能雙膝跪地。
