How can I cut my son's night bottle and sleep better?
My son is now 19.5 months old. He often wake up once or twice in the middle of the night. I have told my maid not to give him milk so she keeps telling my son 'no la, tomorrow morning la'. But my son still wakes up so my maid would pad him back to sleep without the bottle. However, he is the kind of kid who likes to sleep early, at 7:30pm. Can a 19.5 months old go without milk for 12 hours of sleep?
Another thing is he sometimes would wake up crying after he has gone to sleep with a bottle an hour to two hours later. What does that mean? Tummy aches?
