I want to download the songs from my CD to my cell phone, is there any software to convert the file to MP3?

Use CDex la. It is a freeware can which can convert CD track to MP3 format

media player 都可以做到由cd to mp3.
1. 工具 - 選項
擷取音樂內
2. 擷取音樂至這個位置 - 變更(自行改選想save落的file)
3. 擷取設定 - 格式 mp3 - 套用
跟住就放入cd, 按擷取, click 所要的歌曲後按擷取音樂就ok.
