My new Yan Yan is first time come to HK for 1 week. She said she have no friend in HK and don't want to have holiday (even 24/10 new year).
I don't want to full pay for her($110 x 4days) because I can provide the rest days for her but she refuse.
How can I do?
Otherwise her work is OK and clean.
1. She can stay home for holidays but need to tell her that you will not be pay for extra and be sure you don't ask her to do any houseworks.
2. Simply, ask her to take leave sugguest to her that she can stay at down stairs park or somewhere around your house.
According to Labour Laws, you can pay for her weekly holidays if she agreed BUT Labour holidays cannot be pay you only can re-arrange other date if you don't want her take leave on exact date.
And all the holidays should be appoint by Employer, you are the boss she should follow your instruction!
