Is your 清理磁碟 procedure like this:
1. Double click "My computer"
2. Right click Drive C;
3. Select "清理磁碟" box;
4. Select all the boxes;
5. then, click "OK"
If it doing too much time, I think the hard disk may have some bad sectors!!

請問Drive: c 和 Drive: D 是否 同一 Drive, 但 different partitions.
叧can you delete files in other ways; like just find the folder and the throw into the recycle bin. Is it the same?
