the quality of the beef steak depends on the freshness of the steak; cos it adds to the taste of the final dish!
My personal simpliest way to make it, is to choose a high quality steak, marinate it: a little pinch of salt, black pepper, smashed garlic before hand; put it to on to a non-stick pan with olive oil, big fire, turn it over and add red-wine(according to your taste of wine) and to dish.
