My husband recently accepted an offer for a position in Shanghai for 3 years. Our 2 kids will be coming with us, they are 4yrs old and 2 months. I am worry about how my kids return to HK local school when we moving back to HK. That would be a large amount of money, if we let our kids continuously study in an international school in HK. At the time we won't have any expat package n we have to pay by ourselves.
I am quite helpless with this question, any one could help or know more about it? Most of my friends said that is the only way to continuous study in an international school when we return.
Do any parents have experiences to help their children join back to HK local school?
Also, connection to hk education system also my concern too. I am worry about the academic standard in SH is much behind than HK.
What kind of school system would be more fit in HK system?
Any suggestions and advice that what kind of school shall I choose for my kid at the moment?
