Her contract (HK working VISA) expires on Sept 9, 2013. And I plan to let her return to Philippine on Aug 10, 2013.
1) When should she start to renew the contract given that she would leave HK on Aug 10, 2013? That is how long it takes to renew a contract?

2) I know that contract ends within 1 month from the date of expiry is not considered as breaking contract. So is leaving on Aug 10 okay?

renew contract at least 10 weeks before contract ends.

But I remembered our previous renewal contract only took less than a month, but didn't remember exactly how many weeks.
