I got the internal transfer to the respiratory ward and I had not done before. The new enviroment (not same building) new rountin, new staff. It make me no confident . I became stress and depress.
Pls don't depress and unhappy. I trust you can take over your changed but it's need the timing......

Fyi, I'm also unhappy in my job right now. since my old team leader was leave and the new one is so lazy and mint. I'm just working in daily and don't talk with her.
