唔係間間都會keep，雖然唔合法個仍有好多agent咁做。其實佢地keep都有好處，工人唔會咁大膽隨時走老！

唔係间间agent都会keep,

If the agent takes the risk to keep the passport and contract, I will appreciate it. Then, the yan cannot use the those documents to borrow money or do sth. however, the real reason for the agent taking the risk is: if the yan yan has finished contract or has been fired, the yan must inform the agent and the agent can "sell" her again.
