I ask her to come back immediately. When she back, we already tell her without getting our permission, she cannot stay overnight outside. Ok ,I tell her we disscussed when she back. 
I really not happy about his feed back. It seem that she don't feel any guilty and any problem from his side.

My maid start to work with us on 11 July. For the first 2 month she is ok.
However, on 22/9, I told her to take the holiday on Saturday and come back to work on 24/9.
On Saturday night 10:00pm. She still don't come back, then we give a call to her. She told us that she is in boarding house to sleep and expect come back to work on Sunday.
Then, on yesterday night, 01/10 around 10:15pm. She still don't come back home. We call her and she tell me she is on the way to home.
She back home around 11:00pm. Then my hubby and ask what happen to you. She say sorry to us and say that it hv a serious traffice jam from Central to home. I tell her that it is not a excuse. My hubby warn her seriously and tell her that in the regulation we give her already stated that you must bk home before 9:00pm in holiday. U must respect yourself. If this happen again, we will give u a warning letter.
Then this morning, when we wake up around 9:30am, she already not in home. Then I phone her and asking for what happen. She told me that she is in boarding house; I tell her that she is not entitled to take any labour holiday before probation. And she tell me under this situtation, deduce today from his salary.
Dear all, did I give her a warning letter or fire her immediately? Pls give me some advise and this is already my 2 maid this year.
