fanling centre

Hi, is there anyone live at Fanling Centre? How is there? Good or not ? Any comments? We plan to buy a flat at there so I just want to get more information about Fanling Centre. Which block and und is better? 680 sq.ft. selling at $!40,000, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is it worth to buy?

$140,000一定係西北方向或者是低層,我住咗呢道兩年,十分滿意!
如果是好方向,$140,000係抵買。
仲要考慮你有冇細女,....因學校就不及出面。
我住緊690,高層有靚景,即無遮擋。
ABCDJ東北方向都係靚盤。

I found the flat that is faced to the bridge & at south-west side (Blk J). Is it good? Please tell me more about this complex like management, any leaking problem, any recent updates, transportation, shopping, market and ...., as much as you know. Thank you.

屋苑的管理不錯,很太平,我大伯也住呢度,我細妹遲d又搬來。購物各方面都很好。如一定要靜,要揀內園;我個人認為最好的單位是abcdj座的2號室,其次是7號室(三房),如要兩房,1號室是樓王,廳同兩房都不錯。
東北方向當然最好,西北西斜,冬天的下午都可以熱死你!
如果我是你,我應該不會揀呢間:1.西斜2.將來好難賣樓,升值差d。
但東北方向一望無際境在冬天都會凍d,!你要睇多d唔同的單位你就會睇到有分別!
你要試吓下午三四時睇樓,但你的單位應該無遮擋,下午好熱。
園內境都會靜d,你住開頭!你有幾人住?
你個單位的價錢都ok,但升值都會比東北果邊差。

舉例:我以前有個類似你個單位不我宜家單位約20萬,但現在我個單位仲升得好d。
但都要視乎你急住?夠錢等因素。

Thank you so much. I have 4 people to live in so I think 3 bedrooms is better. How much is the management fee?
