我帶埋 Hayes去, 所以全埋身餵, 相比在香港帶 pumps上班, 方便得多! :mrgreen:
1. 消毒 d pump---Avent sterilization tablets
2. 點 storage d 奶---Milk bottle/milk storage bag, greeze them at hotel freezer. Some mamas may throw them away, pumping milk is only for maintaining good milk supply, but I think it is so waste!
3. My friend brought several icepaks + double layers cooler bag, transported the frozen milk to airport & requested freezer service on plane, then back to Hong Kong.
